61´«Ã½tv graduate students work closely with their faculty advisor to cultivate a body of scholarship that culminates in a Doctor of Philosophy degree. Students are expected to actively contribute to their fields, representing 61´«Ã½tv in peer-reviewed publications, presenting at national and international conferences, and participating in collaborative projects, as well as through graduate teaching and mentorship. 61´«Ã½tv College's liberal arts environment provides students with a broad educational foundation and promotes the development of well-rounded scholars. 61´«Ã½tv's emphasis on interdisciplinary graduate education prepares our students for a competitive academic market that values pedagogical training as much as groundbreaking research.
